Wade Mann is an Associate in the Natural Resources Department. He joined the firm in 2009 after practicing with Fleck, Mather & Strutz, Ltd. in Bismarck, North Dakota. His practice includes title examination and oil and gas and natural resources related litigation and regulatory work. He was previously an assistant attorney general in the Division of Natural Resources and Indian Affairs where he served as counsel to the North Dakota Industrial Commission Oil and Gas Division and as a hearing examiner for NDIC Oil and Gas Division regulatory hearings. He was also general counsel to the North Dakota Department of Agriculture and numerous state ag-commodity check-off organizations.

Mr. Mann is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Landman’s Association of North Dakota, the Real Property and Probate Section of the North Dakota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Natural Resources Section) and the American Inns of Court, Bruce M. Van Sickle Inn.
