Ken Hedge primarily practices in the Natural Resources Department in the firm’s Bismarck, North Dakota office. Ken graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law, with Honors, in 1999 and from Montana State University in 1995 with Highest Honors. He served as the managing editor of the Land & Waster Law Review (now the Wyoming Law Review) in 1998-99 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Ken practices in North Dakota and Montana and serves as a Reporter for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Newsletter. He also practices in the areas of estate and business planning and administration. Ken frequently lectures on various natural resources and estate planning issues.
