Gary Broeder is a Partner in the firm’s Natural Resources Department in the Billings office. He has practiced in Billings since 1974, primarily in the area of oil and gas law, including title examinations, property acquisitions and divestitures, and regulatory matters. He is experienced in representing clients in administrative matters before regulatory agencies, including hearings before the Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation.
Mr. Broeder received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school he was Editor in Chief of the Montana Law Review during his third year in law school. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Energy Law, Natural Resources Law, and Oil and Gas Law.
