Benjamin P. Hursh is an Associate in the in the Commercial Department. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and real and personal property foreclosures. Mr. Hursh also represents insureds under title policies.

Mr. Hursh received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hursh worked as an intern for the Missoula County Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor offenses. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Montana State University - Bozeman.
