Hilary Oitzinger is an Associate in the Commercial Department. Her practice focuses on commercial law including transactions, corporate law, business formations, state and local taxation, employment law and commercial litigation. Ms. Oitzinger graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2008. She received her B.A. in journalism, psychology, and sociology with high honors from the University of Montana in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Oitzinger served as Articles Editor of the Montana Law Review, interned for the Montana Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and completed her clinical internship with U.S. Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch of the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.

Following law school, Hilary clerked for Justice John Warner of the Montana Supreme Court for one year while completing her master's degree in public administration from the University of Montana.
