Kelsey E. Bunkers, Hilary J. Oitzinger, Eli J. Patten, Kirsten M. Sjue, Crystal A. Thorpe and Jamie M. Wells have joined the firm.

Ms. Bunkers graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2007, where she was a member of the Board of Editors to the Creighton Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. Following graduation, Ms. Bunkers served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen E. Schreier, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. Ms. Bunkers received her undergraduate degree, graduating summa cum laude, from Bates College,
Lewiston, Maine, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Bunkers is admitted to practice in Montana and South Dakota. She will practice in the Litigation Department in the Bozeman office.

Ms. Oitzinger graduated with high honors from the University of Montana in 2005 with a B.A. in journalism, psychology, and sociology and with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2008. Following law school, Hilary clerked
for Justice John Warner of the Montana Supreme Court for one year while completing her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Montana. Hilary will practice in the Commercial Department in the Helena office.

Mr. Patten graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University in January 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science, and from the University of Montana School of Law in 2009. He will practice in the Commercial Department in the
Billings office.

Ms. Sjue graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2003 with a B.A. in political science, and from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2006. After graduation, she served a one-year clerkship for the Honorable Gerald W.
VandeWalle, Chief Justice of the North Dakota Supreme Court, and a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Ralph R. Erickson, United States District Judge for the District of North Dakota. Kirsten will practice in the Commercial Department in the Williston office.

Ms. Thorpe joined the Natural Resource Department in the Bismarck office of Crowley Fleck in October of 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thorpe worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Minneapolis, MN as a Tax Associate. She is an
active member of the State Bar Association of Minnesota. In 2004, Ms. Thorpe graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University with a B.S. in Finance. Following two years of selling real estate as a Broker Associate for Thorpe Realty &
Auction, Ms. Thorpe attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she graduated with distinction in 2008.

Ms. Wells graduated from Carroll College in 2005 with a B.A. in Accounting. She then attended the University of Montana School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2008. Jamie recently graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received her LL.M in Taxation. She will practice in the Commercial
Department in the Billings office.
