Jared M. Le Fevre  Partner

Jared Le Fevre is a member of Crowley Fleck PLLP's Commercial & Tax departments. Mr. Le Fevre represents taxpayers in all manner of federal, state, and local tax disputes and advises clients on tax transactions. Mr. Le Fevre also represents creditors in secured transactions, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection proceedings and provides defense to consumer protection claims, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Le Fevre represents nursing homes with Medicaid matters and administrative litigation. Mr. Le Fevre is a past Chair of the State Bar of Montana Bankruptcy Section. He has presented on the subjects of bankruptcy, creditors rights, and taxation to a variety of trade associations.

Mr. Le Fevre enjoys spending time outside of the office with his wife and five children, long distance running (completed three marathons and two half-marathons), family and church activities, Dutch oven cooking, reading, and I-devices.
